Getting married and getting engaged are a big part of any couple's life. Many women and men alike are romantic and sentimental and therefore, want some romantic proposal ideas. I doubt that there is a woman alive that does not remember when her fiancé proposed to her, whether it was a simple proposal or a romantic proposal.
There are movies that show romantic ways to propose whether it is the man or the woman doing the proposal. Times have changed a lot and many women do the romantic proposing to their man, however, the majority of romantic proposals are still done by the man. A lot of this has to do with the two individuals becoming engaged. Some men are very shy and have all they can do to get the words, "will you marry me?" out of their mouth without getting into some long romantic proposal speeches.
However, on the other hand, some men really make a big deal out of their proposal. They want to surprise their girl and give her the most romantic proposal possible. There are so many ideas for romantic marriage proposals. It's all a matter of finding the one that's right for you and your intended. There are the old classics of taking her out to dinner and proposing over candlelight or slipping the ring in her drink or in her food. While these are all romantic proposal ideas, they are very old and used and may not appeal to some.
Some like a crowd and others like to be alone, feeling it is easier to be romantic when you are alone. Many men will talk to their father or their married friends to get some hint on how to proposal. Sometimes hearing all these other romantic proposal stories is all he needs to get up the courage to do it himself in a memorable way for both. Sometimes if a couple is struggling financially, the man may feel that romantic wedding proposals will cost money, so he gets frustrated thinking of what to do. It is possible to find a romantic way to propose without spending a lot of money. Perhaps doing an activity that you both enjoy would lighten the mood and make it more romantic. Surprisingly, some women find it very romantic to see a man help with women's chores (dishes, vacuuming, etc). This would be a wonderful way to give her the romantic proposal she will love.
